Why Choose an Accredited Skin Cancer Physician?
Skin cancer care relies on both accurate detection and appropriate treatment, and the doctor you choose plays a big role in both. Experience, training and clinical insight shape every decision. Whether identifying a concerning spot or determining the best way to manage it. Selecting a knowledgeable physician helps ensure every step of your care is thoroughly assessed and evidence-based.
Accredited skin cancer physicians in Australia have authored the key texts and diagnostic algorithms used internationally, and their skills have been proven in global studies. They work as part of a strong WA multidisciplinary team; including MOHs dermatologists, plastic surgeons, radio-oncologists, medical oncologists and the KirkBride Melanoma Institute, to support patients from diagnosis through treatment.
